Challenge
Cleanaway needed to modernise their desktop and laptop environment to create a consistent approach across the company after M&A activity had created disparities amongst the workforces.
What We Did
Cordant developed an end-to-end approach that guided Cleanaway through the upgrade of all Microsoft endpoints across Australia including:
Solution Design and Architecture
Creation of standard images, software distribution tools, application packaging and Microsoft policy.
Rollout Planning and Implementation
Developed a phased rollout approach and executed on this plan to upgrade and standardise the experience across Australia.

The 12-month project achieved the business objectives set out by Cleanaway with a delivery approach that worked with the clients process to achieve a harmonious outcome.
Standardised Environment
All Cleanaway operating using the same technology in the same way reduced the operating cost associated with managing endpoints by 16% per annum. Troubleshooting issues was improved through the common approach and tighter controls recommended by Cordant consultants.
